Kelsey turned 16 on the 2nd of November. Time sure does fly. I think my baby should maybe be turning about 12. I wanted to do something special for her, so we planned a surprise party for her. Thankfully her friends were able to keep the secret and no one spilled the beans. Happy Sweet 16 Kelsey!
