It's official.....she's 13. I can honestly say it's gone by too fast. She will be driving before I can blink twice, so it seems anyways. 
She is growing up to be a smart, pretty young lady.
We had a giggly group of girls over for the night. We watched movies, and ate pizza. (Kelsey had her own special pizza with no cheese....she hasn't outgrown her dairy allergy yet.)
There was an on going game of balloon volley ball for almost the entire party.
Happy 13th Birthday Miss Kelsey...don't grow up too fast....your mother won't be able to handle it.
